I applied for a receptionist position by harris solutions group after seeing their listing on Job.com. I was redirected to their website where I was asked for personal information. I was given a phone number to call (1-888-862-0639) in order to be "pre-qualified" by a representative or given the option to set up a time that was more convenient for me. The very next day I was receiving spam texts and emails and as well as Other phone numbers that I was supposedly needing to call as soon as possible. After their frequent disturbance of my work day, I finally was able to call them. After verifying my information and them supposedly passing on my resume, I was bombarded with questions as to my current education situation and if I ever thought about returning to school. 1/2 hour later the "representative" was done with his sales pitch about a Career institute. When I told them that I didn't want to be called or have further contact about the career institute they immediately hung up the phone. After having gone through all of this, I thought my association with Harris Solutions group was over, however, when I returned to work I continued to receive text reminding me to call in later that evening. Having found this job posting on job.come I trusted that it was a valid listing and applied with hopes of a better employment, only to find I had been scammed and all of my information leaked.
