Due to the recent death of my father, I inherited his automobile. As I have an outstanding balance on the auto Ihave with them Icalled and requested the title to my auto. although I assured themIwould pay off balance as soon as I sold my car, they refused to let title go until I repayed loan in full. I have a perfect credit record with them and have had other loansthrough them with never a late payment. (I have always paid more than amount due on each monthly payment). In that they questin my integrity, I will never do business with them again.
