I stayed at Harrison Springs Camping and RV Park in Harrison Springs, BC this year and it was the worse treatment I've ever received as a customer. We rented a portable campfire and propane tank. . The owner didn't have any signs indicating how much the rental prices were and then she tried to charge us for more than what we agreed on...we waited 15 minutes for her to stop talking to someone on the phone and pay attention to us. She didn't signal for us to come back later; she didn't acknowledge us...nothing. Then when we complained to an association that her business is a part of, she retaliates by threatening us, demanding money or she will go to a collection agency for an amount less than $20. Ridiculous. We were always respectful towards her and not once did she apologize for her poor customer service and for using profanity in our conversations.
