If anyone reading these boards have a problem with Perission I suggest that you take the "Cause No.10-01387 from the document on the perission site and send the judge in the 95 judicial district your complaint. If possible attend the hearing and speak out, bring all supporting documentation in your posession.

It's been made public by Perission by putting it on their site so it stands to reason they have nothing to hide.
