I purchased the "new" Hart to Hart complete series 17 dvds for $69.95 ($79.08 w/shipping). I received from Bei Jing, China a set of 24 discs from cable channels such as Hallmark, Fox etc. They only work for the first 15-20 minutes at which time the sound and picture deteriorate making them unwatchable. I have attempted to contact them several time by email since they, conveniently, do not have a telephone number. I contacted the International BBB and was told the company was in SC and now I have been told it is in the Cayman Islands. They claim that they could not do anything about this. I have also reported the fraud to the USA Federal Government and I am still awaiting an answer. In the meantime I am putting a complaint anywhere and everywhere I can online for these criminals.
