I was called by a company asking if I was satisfied with my magazines. They made it seem like I ould change my magazines that I did not want. They did not tell me that they werenot the company that I had my current subscriptions with. They later called me and led me to belive I could change my Magazines. They took out may too much money from my account. I called them and they told me I had two accounts with them. When I changed my magazines I actually agreed to a new subcription being added on to my subscription I already had. I asked them if I could cancel my account with them. I explained to them that I was a dialysis patient and could not afford the subcriptions, They said nothing could be done but they would lower my payments two two payments of $39.00 a month. I feel I was sick and have been misled and taken advantage of. I think this company is unethical and fraudulent in there actions.
