U4GM How to Beat Endfield Crane Support and Find All Crates
Once Chapter 1 Process II is out of the way, Arknights: Endfield quietly flips the script and drops you into Delver of the Cryptic. Crane Support is one of those early stages that makes you put the damage numbers away and actually look at the room. If you're the kind of player who likes a clean run but also wants progress to feel smoother, you'll see why people talk about Arknights endfield boosting in the same breath as tricky puzzle content—this mode isn't about brute force, it's about not wasting time on avoidable resets.

First Steps and the Sneaky Crate
You spawn in and the game immediately asks, "Did you check below you?" There's a terminal near the entrance that raises a ramp, and most folks hit it and sprint forward. Don't. Before you climb, glance under the stairs and poke around. That first storage crate is tucked in a spot that feels almost rude, like the devs are testing your habits. Grab it, then head up to the higher platform and get comfortable with how these ramps behave when you step on them.

Seesaws, Timing, and Keeping Your Cool
Not far in, you'll meet the seesaw-style ramp. It's basic on paper: stand on one end, the other end lifts, you jump while it's giving you the extra height. In practice, you can whiff it if you rush or approach at a weird angle. I found it easiest to pause for half a beat, watch the tilt settle, then go. It's a small moment, but it sets the tone for the whole stage—Crane Support rewards patience more than confidence.

The Terminal Dance and the Third Box
The main puzzle room is where the stage earns its name. You've got two ramps, several control terminals, and that classic "wait, what did I just move?" feeling. The clean sequence is: raise the first ramp, then rotate the second ramp twice to form one long slope that feeds you toward the upper-left area. After that, it turns into hopping between platforms to toggle terminals in the right order, so the terrain stays useful instead of fighting you. Don't beeline for the exit yet, though. The third crate sits on an elevated perch after lasers and ramp changes, and it's easy to miss if you're tunnel-visioned on finishing. Those extra materials—Oroberyl, T-Creds, Protohedrons, and the Arms INSP Kits—are exactly the kind of loot that keeps your upgrades moving without another grind loop.

Why It's Worth Full Clearing
Crane Support feels like a breather, but it still teaches you a habit you'll need later: treat the environment like your weapon. If you're short on resources or just don't want to spend your night repeating the same route for drops, it can help to top up through places that specialize in game currency and item support like U4GM so you can focus on learning layouts, grabbing every crate, and getting out clean without turning progress into a chore.
