I ordered the hats/necklace in an amount to receive a free gift. I had trouble accessing the web site it took along time and jumped in and out a couple of times. A notice came up that they would report the problem to their tech's. I was told that I placed a two orders for the same items. I tried to cancel they said they cant do that and I should send one of the orders back with the proper papers enclosed. I had to pay shipping of 7.95 to receive the second order and also had to pay shipping of 7.95 to return the unwanted order. So I payed 15.90 additional for my free gift. I contacted them several times no answer.
