My girlsfriend's boss, keeps making her feel unconfortable by commenting on her body and making allusion to his desire to touch her, make allusion to his sexual fantasm with her even though she keeps telling him that it's not respectfull and that she wants him to stop it. Recently another co worker grabbed her ass(my girlfriend works as a painter and is mostly surrounded by men and last week as she had her hands full with material). SHe was so chocked and handfull that she just answered verbally that he should never do that again. But now this week her boss comes back to her saying she let another worker touch her and so why can't he!! I'm starting to get affraid the talking will lead to actual physical abuse at work and I don't know what to do. We don't have proof because her boss always is alone with her when it happens or on the phone.
