The package of Clusters that I purchased at Walmart recently had 3 empty (sealed) individual candies. Normally I would not complain, but the bag was expensive and had only 12 individually wrapped candies to begin with. So, for the price, I was upset to find 3 empty wrappers. The Clusters were advertised as a NEW product. Maybe a few glitches still need to be worked out! I saved the empty wrappers if you would like them mailed to you.
