Dont know who they are or how they are involved but I did not make reservations thru them. I got charged however even thou I could stay at the Hyatt because I had two puppies with me. I had to pay another hotel. I want my money reimbursed for services not rendered. I had to call them to find out what this id code was i needed to even talk to them. Sneaky way to make a buck.
