Charges for unreceived services!

I was called about a trial coupon offer of 9.95 and then 49.95 if I did not cancel after 3 months. I never received the coupons and they probably didn't get lost in the mail. They were probably just never sent. When I talked to a customer rep, I explained that I never received the coupons and he said he could cancel the charged in the future but that the charge pending would stick. I reported it as fraud to Capital One.

Paid but no product!

These people called and offered a product I would get their product information in the mail, I never received them and called them about it and basically got a "Oh well, too bad" from them. But yet they did charge me the initial $19.95 then $59 for the next 2 months until I figured it out. Then they had the nerve to say that I should be grateful that they canceled my membership and would not get charged again. For what? I never received anything... at all. What a major SCAM.

They have a customer service person Mrs Baker who had no interest at all in helping me resolve this, along with Ebony.
