I had been taken by the hd projector world company, I ordered. a projector on the 10th of Aug and still to this day I have not received. I call and all I get is the run around I have been told of 3 different ship dates then I was given a tracking number for fed x. I called fed x they have the tracking number but no package was ever picked up from hd projector world, all they did was print a label so they could give me a tracking number. I told them I wanted a refund I was always told to call back when billing dept open..that never happened they have nobody that works in billing. I finally contacted my bank they will be taking over from here.

The projectors are inferior. The first one did not work at all. I sent it back and it took over a month to get back. The second developed a brown spot after 6 months. The seller claims I didn't clean the filter enough, which is untrue. I contacted the company in February, sent the projector back, and waited 3 months, with several emails and phone calls, now received a projector in the mail. It is approx. $150 less in price and does not have a dvd in it, like my original. No correspondence or manuals were included in the box. When I bought the projector, they offered $20 for a good rating. If I had only known what this company was like... They have several names, now the name Sabrina's is a new one. Their live chat is never live. You only get an answering machine when you call. The address has changed. They have the BBB logo on their site although it is no longer a link, because their membership has been revoked and they have an F rating. I highly recommend not doing business with this company. I'm already into them for over $575 and I have a projector with no dvd and it's a terrible picture.
