Ordered and paid for with debit card, a $178 Helen Kaminski hat, money was removed from my account within minutes, never received any confirmation of order, merchandise never received. Called their number 12 times, sent 12 e-mails to their customer service e-mail address ([email protected]). After 11 messages, I was unable to leave message, voice mailbox was full. What a freakin surprise. I have cancelled my debit card, filed a police report and my bank is doing a chargeback. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO AND SELL IT. NOT TO WORRY, THEY WILL BE CAUGHT VERY SOON and prosecuted, hahahaha.
