In August, a purchase of $4.95 was made and no product was received. In October, an unauthorized charge of my account was made in the amount of $95.40. I was told it would be 30 days to receive a refund on both charges. It has been well over 30 days and I hae receveived to refund. I have spoken with my legal service and will pursue this issue in a legal manner if this is not quickly corrected.
