After contacting company for several times they are not registering the claim. I was admitted in Hospital on 13th Feb in emergency condition and discharged on 14th Evening. I informed company to register a claim on 20th Feb and docket no. for the same is 5342888. Again I called on 26th Feb & the docket no. for the same is 886833667. This process is putting me a metal harassment position and depressed with this attitude of the company. I have paid very high premium for this policy to cover my family but not I am in a helpless condition. Please help me.
