My mother received this text on her cell phone: "This is an automated message from Health Facilities FCU your ATM card has been suspended. To reactivate call urgent at 877-526-9331" I did call the number from a different phone and got an automated answering service that states that it is Health Facilities FCu and to reactivate my atm card I needed to type in the account #, then they ask for the expiration date, and the 4 digit pin number! I didn't give them any information, but I was also unable to speak with a live person. I did find a company by the same name and I plan on emailing them. I have found other compliants online about this number that identifies the caller as Franklin Bank.
