I am a 21 year old female who was trying to find health insurance. My mother was called by these people who said they could get me health insurance through blue cross blue shield for $100 a month. We proceeded with the application and gave them our credit card numbers. They took almost $300 out of my mothers bank account when told there would be a 1 time fee of $99 and then the additional $100 for the insurance. We called them constantly and left many messages, and no one would get back with us. I finally got a hold of someone and told them to cancel my insurance, and with one click of a button she said it was canceled. They completely lied to us and I had to contact Blue Cross Blue Shield to cancel my insurance. These people are a bunch of crooks who you can never talk to the same person twice and everyone you talk to is a "manager." They need to be reported so it doesn't happen to anyone else.
