I ordered and paid for a sample of their teeth whitening product. It was .99 cents. Two days later I canceled my "enrollment" in their program. They charged me anyway, without my approval even though I had canceled! That unapproved, fraudulent charge to my bank account resulted in 3 overdrafts @ $33.00 each!! I filed a fraud complaint with my bank, and in the middle of fixing it, my bank (Washington Mutual) was bought out by Chase Bank and they have done absolutely nothing to help me with this! In fact, Chase all but accused me of LYING about the fraud!! After literally MONTHS of fighting with Chase and providing proof over and over and over... And after lodging complaints with multiple agencies, the Florida State Attorney General's Office finally got involved, but I STILL have not received any of my money back!! I was charged $79.95 (enrollment fee) + $2.38 (foreign transaction fee) +$33.00 (x 3 bank overdraft charges) = $181.33! Is there ANYONE out there who can help me with this???
