Thermal Label Printer System used most 10 times, turned it on to use again had blinking lights called the tech-support had me on hold few minutes than I was told for trouble indicating lights are required to be serviced, tech wants to get rid of me asking if I want to call back. I requested to get it repaired and advised flat repair cost is $260 meanwhile itself cost $300. I have business class Canon printer if I asked technician to service at my location cost only $99 an hour most. Please Do Not buy their products for your own benefit.
