I won a R1000 voucher in a singing competition and when I went to collect this, the store was closed even after I confirmed it would be open, the next time I went the appropriate Manager was not there. Then the next time I was told that Imvusa Plumbing owes them money and they are not in the position to allocate me my voucher anymore. I contact Heart via email and the G.M mailed me of Imvusa asking me to contact him telephonically on the Monday, this was Oct 2009. He assured me that he would contact his new supplier, because he changed suppliers would give me the voucher, after numerous emails to Heart and to him, Shahien, I still have received no prize and no feedback. This was for the prize of a bathroom make over of R20 000 and I was the runner up. I just want the value of anything of R1000 returned to me, because I rightfully won this prize and its taken over a year to receive it. Nick Feinberg and the rest, dont respond to my emails even. Its pathetic!
