I just received a wreath that I ordered from Heart of Heaven and I am very disappointed that it is not all dried florals as you advertised and it is not anywhere as elegant and pretty as the picture on the internet. Only the small filler flowers were dried and the larger featured flowers are fake. Both the Wedding Wreath and the Victorian Wreath were the same picture. I have copied the information from your web site. The Victorian wreath was described as DRIED FLORAL and the Wedding wreath did not mention any silk florals included as you did on the other wreaths that included silk florals. It would be understandable if some other kind of natural dried flower had been substituted but substituting fake flowers is like ordering steak and being given Bologna. Dried flowers are much more expensive than fake flowers and I would not have paid anywhere near $138.80 for fake flowers when I could buy them locally for a fraction of that cost. I would like to return this item and would like a full refund.
