I ordered a used engine on 9/1/09. On 9/9/09 I called about shipping info and was told a 9/11/09 ship date. 9/14/09 emailed about shipping info. 9/18/09 got an email saying i should be getting a refund soon with no explanation. 9/19/09 sent email asking when and how my refund was coming.(check or reimbursement back into my account) I haven't gotten a response and cannot get anyone on the phone...all voicemail boxes are full! Have gotten the BBB involved now. Oh and their website says they are accredited for BBB but BBB says they are not accredited! I just want my refund back at this point. $1650 bucks worth!
