These people are really Cruel as well as Stupid! They took my money out of my PayPal account and though It was suppose to be a "good faith deposit" they took it out before I could chat with a "dr" and let me tell you it was NO "dr" this person was pasting things off Wikipedia! I am saying WORD FOR WORD I quit smoking and wanted to know why I was having symptoms, what I could do about them and my personal risk. I was asked probing PERSONAL questions??? (I DON'T KNOW WHY) And was NOT given the answer to my REAL MEDICAL QUESTION! I emailed customer service, said it would take "minutes for them to respond" 24 hours later? No email. (How convenient for them) and Now I have had to place a dispute on PayPal and I am going to turn them into the BBB this is not my first time with them and I have never really gotten any help! BEWARE AND DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO MESSAGE STATING IT'S EVEN THEIR NUMBER NOR AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
