My problem with the company started when I ordered the blender. I placed my order for one blender for $222.99, but as I was getting ready to complete my order, there was an offer to purchase a refurbashed blender for $99.00. I added that to my order for a grand total of $349.90, however, I have a credit card company who contacts you if something looks out of the ordinary. The called to see if I had placed two orders for an amount of $579.85. which of course wasn't the correct amount. I contacted the customer service desk who said they do that until the product is shipped. I can't believe that they would overbill on purpose. I have written to them to cancel my purchases and credit my card back. They of course didn't have anyone that could assist me on a weekend. So please be careful if you want to take them up on the additional blender.
