my name is freda ledlow i stay at 4545 cottonwood rd in memphis on jan 28 2011 i purchase this landrover 2002 from heavent sent cars on 2840 perkins rd and i bought a warranty . i would go places with my family come back to get in the truck it wouldnt crank for about 5 to 6 hr sometime longer than that i put 3000.00 dw and pay my first week note after the second day the same promblem i ask them can i get my money back they said no .not only that the warranty i purchase doesnt cover the vechicle they said i could get my money for the warranty but not the truck so im asking for someone to call me it is a lot more to how these people treated me after so many call trying to get my money back its no they said that they order the part for the truck after all the trouble i dont want the hassel 2 weeks truck still not fix help!!!
