Here we are a regular family looking to expand our home, I did a lot of research on the Contractor we hired but to our surprise he went bank robed, now we are seeing the effects of his work, water from the rains has come inside the walls and on to the floors of the two new rooms that the kids have not even gotten the carpet yet and are still sleeping in our room, now with them keeping around $20, 000 of our money, we now don't know what to do, we will probably need to redo all of the front walls to both of the rooms and maybe is the roof, I don't know, we have our kitchen partly finished, because they owed the manufacturer money, they got dropped along with our cabinets that are still missing, we have been at this now going on 2 years, I'm tired, disgusted and with so much anger, we got a loan to do this, the money is gone and here we are with no flooring, kitchen, furnisher for the kids rooms and problems all around us, our city permit expires for the second time on Jan. 17 of 2009, we had the city here and have to fix some miner things, but now the water coming in, I just don't know who to turn to for help.
