HEINLEY'S CAR CARE CENTER + SWINDLERS and THIEVES! Heinley's has apparently been in business since 1965 because they keep finding new, unsuspecting customers to rip off and steal money from! Call and ask to speak with Mike, the owner: He'll tell you that if your receipt says they did something, then that proves it...by that reasoning, a heart surgeon could hand me a piece of paper that says I had heart surgery yesterday and it must be true! These sleazes will bill you for work they never did...later, when an honest mechanic points out that the work was obviously never done because of the wear and tear on the part, don't call these pricks back because their response will be to tell you you don't know what you're talking about and hang up in your ear! If you know anyone in the Richardson area thinking of using these swindlers, warn them and save them the money they'll be wasting!
