In 02/10/06 my husband and I went to the store Helen's Cycles in Manhattan Beach, with the intent to buy a wicket basket to use in my bicycle. The vendor, Mr. SHAWN, told us they haven't any in the store at that day, but he could order one if we wanted to. We agreed and he showed us a catalog so we could pick one of the models. After we chose the basket I wanted, the vendor saw in the computer that another Helen's Cycles store had the basket we wanted in their inventory. So he asked them to send it to his store. Then, he told us that the basket would be there the next tuesday for us to pick it up. My husband, then, told the vendor, that on tuesday we would not be in the city. Mr. Shawn said that if we paid in advance he could keep the basket in the store until we come back to get it. Ok, we paid for the basket, and left. On march 10th we came back to the store to get the basket .. and guess what, nobody knew nothing about our basket!!!!!!! neither the vendor nor the manager. We were amazed, because we paid in advance for them to keep the basket there till we come back, and they said they did not know nothing about our order!!!!! How come a big store like this one be so disorganized and disrespectful to their clients!
