This well constructed website will completely throw off the consumer. I have already viewed other complaints about this website and I also have had the same experience. The uggs are paid for, your credit card is charged, you are sent a tracking number from a chinese postal service, then the shipment seems to come to a halt in china, and you are never to see what you paid over $100 dollars for. The company is a complete scam and I want to get it shut down. I'm just hoping there is still time to get a refund from the bank.
