I want the charges that are monthly taken from my bank account stopped immediately. I did not authorize monthly charges and I want it stopped now.

an amount of 88 euro was taken from my credit card and for what i do not know. my email address is as follows - [email protected]

I have noticed two debits on my credit card from
"Help me Download". I have no idea what it is, or how they got hold of my credit card details.

i am being charged £9.88 from this company and i cant stop the payment coming out each month as the phone number my bank has got does not exist. can someone please help me out cause my bank are saying i have to phone the people who are taking it out of my bank.
