My complaint is that I signed a contract with Help U Sell Realty on May 16, 2007 thinking that they would do an efficient job of advertising on my home for sale. I recently submitted an unconditional withdrawal in December 2007 from Help U Sell after realizing that I had dropped my house price $40, 000.00 over a period of time and they never showed the price difference listed on the MLS website. Wasting my time and money. My home could have possibly been sold by now, unfortunately due to incompetent Real Estate Companies.
