My husband and I were talked into HelpUSell's $1000 promotion. We were told that we would get our $1000 and an extra $1000 back when we sold our home. We asked what would happen if we didn't sell our home in the six months and were told don't worry we would get out money. Well you can imagine in this economy our home didn't sell. When we checked out our contract it was very ambiguous regarding our $1000. We, thinking we were being fair, approached the company agreeing to give them the amount they would have received, by their own contract, $500 if we had broken our contract prior to the 6 months...Their response was sorry no refund of any of the money. While what they did may not have been illegal it was misleading. So beware of HELPUSELL.com
