My wife and I were looking for a new or realiable used car, it was sunday and the last dealership we visited was Hendricks Dodge. We found a Acura TL Sport on the lot with 20K miles. It was two years old and my wife loved the car. It was priced high but we went bck and fourth with the young sales guy to come to a agreeable price. We purchased the car and my wife drove it home, while I drove our other vehicle. A few days went by and I went to drive it and asked my wife for the keys...she asked me where's my set? I told her I didn't have a set and that's when we discovered that we were only given one set of keys w/fob. She called to have the other set sent to us and was promised it would be sent in the mail. After a few weeks and no key, we called again and no one could come to the phone. Of course no one called us back either. We continued to call every couple weeks and no one would return our calls, nor would anyone get on the phone. We kept being promised they would send them but it's been 5 months and we still don't have the other set of keys. If I knew that their customer service or lack of, was this bad I would have never purchased a vehicle from them. We have purchased at least 6 cars during our 17 year marriage and this is the first time I have come across a dealership with such poor customer service after the sell...before purchasing a vehicle from Hendricks Dodge think twice!!!
