I purchase a RV warranty from Heritage on 5/25/2004 with it came a refund guarantee. If no claims were made on the warranty for the duration of the contract (4 years) that I would get a full refund of the contract price $4885.00. My claim for refund was processed on 5/26/2008 yet I have received no payment. All attempts to find out the hold up have given me no answers. All I get is a processing dept. that tells me my claim has been accepted and approved. It has now been almost 5 months with no refund.
