We puchased a 2003 Deville from Heritage Cadillac in February 28, 2005 and we were given the packet to file later for a $1000.00 rebate. We have fulfilled our end of the obligations and received a confirmation postcard for Consumer Cash Rewards dated Ocober 29, 2008. We have been unable to sign into their web address with our passcode to get any satus report on our claim. Pass word takes us no where and Heritage says that it is out of their hands.
