Heritage Hotel, Ipoh is fulled with cockroaches and ants. My family and me stayed from 1st till 2nd February 2008. The 1st thing i saw when i entered the bathroom was 2 fat cockroaches. My children were terrified. I had to kill and dispose them. Then followed by my wife screams after half an hour. The water in the basin was not flowing at all. The worst to happen, the water from bathtub actually came out from the floor. How ridiculous! When we came back from dinner, i noticed a lot of ants on the side table. The room was also smelly and dusty. My family left the room the next day with flu and skin allergy. Indeed, i actually complained to the front desk, but the person there was either non-english and bahasa speaking or he was mentally not there to listen to me. Only one sentence i heard from his reply: i will forward the problem" not action was taken at all.
