We received pre-authorization for repairs in the amount of $343.20 on a 1999 Olds Aurora on Sept. 24, 2008. To date(01/05/2009) after numerous phone calls we still have no payment & have been told the check has not been written yet. No other explanation is given. We are simply told "we don't know". Someone needs to investigate this.
