Just an update: Received check in full payment for claim AFTER filing complaints with the Ohio BBB, AG, DOI and Consumer Affairs, ALSO same complaints with the SC agencies. Rec'd follow up from each agency within 1 week. For all who have not received claim payment, PLEASE do same as me!
