This compnay is nothing but a rip off. I have the same complaint as everyone else. First I called the phone # and asked them if they could make a nice website for me. The energetic salesman (Chris) said to me "Oh sure... no problem. I told them exactly what I wanted and he gave me a quote of $1, 400.00. I thought wow this was a good deal. Ho told me that they were running a special promotion today only and that I would pay $300.00 down and $100.00 a month for 11 months. I told ok fine. I have another business in which I told him all the content including pictures is there and that they could just copy all the information from my current website and put it on the new website. What a joke ... its been 1 month and still nothing is done. I have been passed over from one department to another. I asked for the adore gallery to be installed so that way I could add pictures to it... For almost 2 weeks it still does not work. The work that has been done looks no where near $1, 400.00. I gave them samples of other websites so they would know How I want the website to look and function and it still does not look like anything that I have sent them. They say they a great customer service... Don't believe that. They say that they have 24 hour tech support... Nope they do not. I have called and called... and know calls me back. They have a recorded message saying that that my call is in que and a tech support rep will call me... never received a call. I am very angry and frustrated with there service and the committment to helping me achieve the results I want. I am going to file a complaint with my bank today and having them do charge back to see if I can get my money back that has been paid so far. Wish me luck...
