Scam and cheating!
Heritage stands strongly and solely behind their TOS agreement. No matter how unethical it may be they will hold tooth and nail to it. All our claims really doesn't matter and they continue to make millions off of lies they tell us. Ever notice how Heritage would pay for advertising so that this complaint board would move down in pages so that up and coming customers don't see this complaint board.
First complaint board was on the first page, then the second page, now it's on the 4th page of the search engine. Why, because Heritage is paying advertisements to push the complaint board further and further away in the search engine. I say we get every penny of our monies worth with our advertisements on this complaint board and make heritage shit out the very same money that they stole from us to try and keep customers from seeing it. They stole our monies and now it's time for them to PAY!
I will give them 1,700 worth of advertisements. I would love to.

THIS COMPANY STEALS YOUR MONEY
I TOO HAVE HAD ALL THE COMPLAINTS OF EVERY ONE ELSE
32 WEEKS AND STILL NO SITE AFTER THEY PROMISED IT WOULD TAKE 4 WEEKS .THE DESIGHNERS ARE USELESS I SENT 10 EXAMPLES OF SITES I LIKED THEY DID THE OPPOSITE OF MY REQUESTS -THEY LOST MY PHOTOS TOLD ME I SHOULD TAKE MORE AND UPLOAD THEM MYSELF-WHAT DID I PAY THEM $1000 FOR THEY ALSO HAD THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE HOSTING FEES FOR A SITE THAT WAS NEVER DONE .
I HAVE RETAINED AN ATTORNEY AND MY LAW SUIT HAS BEGUN-THESE CROOKS NEED TO BE STOPPED.
HAS ANYONE CONTACTED THE NEWS STATION/PAPER IN UTAH TO EXPOSE THEM -IF NOT I WILL.

This is a company that is truely unfit
This company could not save a computer bug if they had too. They scammed me out of my money and didn't even completed anything. They call themselves the #1 whatever but you always learn from your mistakes and using this company surely was one.
Warning, please take caution, I do not recommend this company.

Can Heritage really get away with this?
How can a company take people money and say that they are doing work when they really are not.
These people at Heritage are complete liars and they do nothing but prey on innocent potential business owners with their $199.00 advertisement on the internet.
Don't fall for it like I did, PLEASE read their "Terms of Agreement" carefully! Let all of your friends know via email that if they are ever looking in the future to purchase a website to stay away from these people!
Don't wait until our friends and family members have already become victims of this company. Email them now and warn them that this is a tragedy waiting to happen to them too.
I lost all of my monies with these people and they did absolutely nothing. They lied and transfered your calls as usual but they really don't do what they said they would do.

Absolutely the worst web company out their
These people are not good for Shit! They did wrong to my cousin who has a business opening next year and thank God though she has found Calabrix.com
They took away here fears that she would not be ready to open up as scheduled because of Heritage Web Solutions!!
If there was an award out for: "Web Scam of the Year" they would all be on the stage with their black and white suits!
I really believe that all of America would vote for them too.

Never gave me my money back
They stood behind of their Terms of agreement about how I sign and agreed to it but what about our right? Don't we have the right to ask for our monies back because you have broken your own agreement!
Be very, very careful with these people because they only cover themselves and not you the consumer. They will rope you in quickly with their sales dept.
But, don't let that fool you because once you get roped in, the game has only now just begun with these people.

Write to Dr. Phil!
Attention, Attention, Attention!!!
To all of you who have been victimized by Heritage Web Solutions, please go on to drphil.com and tell your story.
Dr. Phil has a segment about scams and Heritage Web Solutions need to be exposed for hiding behind their TOS "Terms of Agreement" statement all the time.
We all know that we signed it with the good faith that Heritage would do what we paid them to do. As citizens, we alway are quick to complain under our breath.
If YOU want this company to be exposed I would say DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!! Dr. Phil should be able to bring some kind of attention to consumers letting them know the importance of reading these long worn out agreement in it entirety!
Please, Please tell your story, why should you still be waiting for a website to be completed for months now or just being out of your monies with nothing to show for it. This right here is simply unacceptable!

Don't Deal With This Company
From my personal experience, I'm begging you to not go near these people. They are a building of countless liars. That is they all don't work from the comfort of their homes and transfer you with one lie to the other.
I must say though, they are very well trained liars!
