Our parcel from Vistaprint (250 leaflets in a paper box), were delivered at the completely wrong address. Because the people living there didn't happen to be in, the courier left our parcel by their fence and tossed a "sorry I missed you" card through their door. They happened to be away in holidays so two weeks after they brought our parcel to the right address (as it was clearly written on it) apologising for its soggy state. It was left in the rain for two weeks, the leaflets are utterly spoilt, and the courier, DEAN is not answering his mobile. Soo mad with them, and would like to avoid Hermes by all means.
