PROBLEM - Self Start is not working properly

I have complained a lots of time in R. S. AUTOMOBILES, SINGAR NAGAR ALAMBAGH LUCKNOW,
but i don't get any satisfactory feed back or help to solving my problem yet .my first complained is around 15th jan 2010 but i have remain facing that peculiar problem
