I ordered DVDs that were advertised during a TV commercial in February 2008, the company cashed my check in March 3rd. So I waited and waited and never recieved the DVD's. I wrote a letter to the company on April 7, 2008. A representative from the company called my house and left a message on my voicemail stating that I would be receiving my order in 15 business days. I waited until the deadline was up on May 2nd and never received anything. I received a postcard from them on May 19th informing me that they were out of stock on the merchandise that I ordered. and they left a number that I could call if I wanted to cancel my order so I called the number and the lady told me that they have a shipment coming in at the end of the month. I decided not to cancel and continued to wait. June 19th I received another card informing me again the merchandise I ordered was out of stock. So I called and canceled my order and told them to refund my money back to me. I received an email confirming my cancelation and they stated that I would receive my refund in 10-15 business days. As of today 7-29, I am still waiting on my refund. Each card that I received from this company has a different return address, so I'm just getting the run around. This company is a complete scam, they advertise DVDs of legends and heroes of the bible. but you never receive the merchandise.
