I received my Order Confirmation from HERRSCHNERS stating that the item was in stock and expected to deliver in 6 days. I waited 2 weeks because their was Veterans Day and Thanksgiving holiday. When I contacted them they first said it was discontinued and they could not order anymore. When I stated I got it on a clearance sale they said on my confirmation order it stated back ordered. When I emailed them my proof of my order confirmation stating that it was in-stock and not on back order they said they would look into it and I never heard from them again. I wrote 3 emails with no response. They treat the customer like garbage and told me on the phone it was my fault for ordering on-line from their on-line sale. If you order on line don't expect your package from Herrschner, YOU must call to make sure they have them. They do not write to let you know your items will not be sent, ITS YOUR PROBLEM!!!
