Whilst using a herstyler grande curl for the fifth time since i purchased it, it started fizzing, then smoke rose from the curling wand and it erupted in a shower of sparks! This could have resulted in serious head and facial burns and my death by electricution had i not seen the smoke and sparks in the mirror and immediatly threw it on the floor and switched the eletricity off! Anyone thinking of buying a product from a herstyler kiosk - please dont!

They are a waste of money and of course offer no replacement or refund! I am now worried about the safety of others esp children, i at least am only frightened and out of pocket, the next time a herstyler blows up the person using it might not be so lucky.
