I purchased gas at Hess Store no. 38279 at 16 E. DeKalb Pike, King of Prussia, PA 19406. The order number was 2404447. The pump showed 11.198 gallons but my gage had not yet indicated that the fuel level was low which means I had at least two gallons in the tank already. My tank only holds 12.5 gallons. I couldn't have gotten more than 10 gallons therefore, I was overcharge by more than one gallons' worth.
