my credit is very bad right now because they promissed me that they will negotiate with my credit cards and they didn't nothing, just took a lot of money from my bank account, and now i received a letter that tells me that they no continue with my case and I have nothing from them, no letter haw they worked, nothing... I just lost money and put my credit worsty with then... help
