This printer works only when it wants to and I understand it is out of warranty and of course that is when the trouble started.I have installed and re-installed to no avail.It prints when it says printer is disconnected yet when I really need something printed it does not work and then the copies will print days later.I called to complain they send me to tech support and i get someone who i can not understand and they cant understand me yet they sure can try to sell you the extended warranty which by the way far exceeds the price of a new printer.As this product was a gift which is now in the trash I feel bad for my niece who spent her hard earned money on a product with a well known name.I never buy an HP product again and everyone I know will not get a good review for HP products.What ever happened to customer service?
