This is the most frustrating and disappointing HP product I have ever purchased. It was not Windows 7 compatible out of the box, requiring a follow-up purchase of a special order disc, but once setup, the printer constantly lapses into an "offline" state for no apparent reason, requiring the printer drivers to be reloaded to resume printing. My wife and I both work from home, and the time lost in working around this constant problem is not worth the price of the printer.
